Our Philosophy

We See Diverse Learners. Not Medical Patients.

Most ABA centers feel like clinics. LUMA was built to feel like a classroom — because we believe the environment shapes the outcome. When children feel safe, seen, and at ease, they learn.

A Space Built for Learning

Our centers are designed to look and feel like modern classrooms with open floor plans, educational materials throughout, and a warm atmosphere that puts children at ease from day one.

You're Part of the Team

We don't just work with your child — we work with your whole family. Regular parent training sessions ensure the progress made at LUMA carries through to home and community.

Learning Alongside Peers

Our partnership with LUMA Childcare creates natural opportunities for learners to connect, play, and grow alongside typically developing peers.

How It Works

A Clear Path   from Day One.

We've designed the journey from diagnosis to graduation to be as clear, supported, and efficient as possible.

1

Evaluate Needs & Skills

After your child receives a diagnosis of ASD and is recommended for ABA, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst will evaluate your child to determine the best course of action for their specific needs and goals.

2

Facilitate a Plan of Action

An individualized Treatment Plan is written and put in place after assessment is complete. Every plan is grounded in research, evidence-based methodology, and a deep understanding of your child.

3

Collaborate with Your Family

Once therapy begins, your BCBA meets regularly with parents and caregivers — training and equipping the whole family to support progress at home and in the community.

4

Graduate with Confidence

Our ultimate goal is graduation. We equip every child and family with the tools, skills, and confidence to thrive independently — in their home, their school, and their community.

Families We've Served

What Parents Are Saying.

Before LUMA, our son had maybe ten words and most days ended in tears, his and mine. Eight months in, he's asking for snacks by name, greeting his sister in the morning, and last week he told me he loved me without being prompted. I don't have the words for what that meant.
